Passionate and attentive to my well-being, I wanted to create a blog whose purpose is to share information associated to health and beauty; because these two areas, although at first may seem opposed, approach their common vision when associated to that of well-being!

For that reason I have decided to publish information in the aspect of news, tips or opinions form health professionals (doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists …) and beauty specialists (manufacturers of organic cosmetics, essential oils, natural care, diagnosis and hair treatment …)!
